H.R. Keller, PhD, founder and managing partner, is an independent consultant with over 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. He supports commercial and nonprofit organizations in matters of strategy, governance, and change. He brings together analytical rigor and hands-on leadership expertise across Europe, the United States, and emerging markets.

Since 2010, Dr. Keller has served on the boards of several commercial and nonprofit organizations. He also lectures at the universities of Basel and Bern and regularly contributes to international executive and academic programs.
